As a member of the customer success team, you work closely together with project engineers, manufacturing teams of integrators and end users that are applying Fizyr solution to solve their automation challenges. You are responsible for planning and overseeing our projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within quality and budget. You will plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. This needs to be all done within the confines of Fizyr’s goals and vision.

Fizyr designs, builds, installs, and maintains the world’s best vision software product for automated picking and placing in harsh logistics environments. Our deep learning algorithms are used to enable automated handling of unknown objects varying in shape, size, color, material, and stacking, being picked from (conveyed) bulk. Together with other members of customer success team you will be working with teams from our integrators and end users on implementing our software on the robots of our industry partners. You will have an influential role in the implementation of our software. Key challenges currently being faced include scaling up the number of onboarding roboticand system integrators, optimizing pre-production systems and commissioning production ready systems. The salary for this position strongly depends on your experience. Indication: €70k gross per year, pension plan, travel expenses, training opportunities, etc. As a fast-growing scale up, Fizyr has an attractive stock option plan.
