Fizyr Unveils Its Suite of Supply Chain Vision AI Solutions at LogiMAT

From parcel induction to trailer unloading, robotics manufacturers and integrators partner with Fizyr to automate many of supply chain’s most complex tasks with unprecedented reliability

Fizyr, providing the smartest and fastest vision AI available for robotic systems, today unveiled its expanded suite of supply chain vision AI solutions. Fizyr enables its partners to automate many of the most complex tasks in logistics and will be on display at LogiMAT, the biggest annual intralogistics exhibition in Europe, April 25-27.

Robotics integrators, systems integrators and robot manufacturers partner with Fizyr to deliver the most reliable and productive automation solutions for order picking; parcel induction; mixed-SKU depalletizing, including heavy bags, mixed boxes and other high-variance situations; loose loads trailer unloading; and a wide range of detection-only tasks.

“Other vision AI providers stage successful demonstrations with ideal conditions but struggle in the real world. End users invest in what they think are best-of-breed solutions but often end up with errors occurring 4-6 percent of the time or more,” said Ken Fleming, Fizyr CEO. “We enable our partners to solve clients’ supply chain automation challenges by augmenting their expert design and engineering with the best vision AI capabilities available, radically improving their ability to pick from bulk and practically eliminating errors in a wide range of scenarios.”

Fizyr partners have recently unveiled a series of advanced picking robotic cells. AWL partners with Fizyr and recently empowered DHL Parcel Benelux to pick and place parcels from randomly mixed pallets onto the conveyor belt of a sorting installation. Inther Group will soon unveil its Gantry Robotic Intelligent Piece Picker (GRIPP), a fully automatic compact picking technology. Yaskawa’s Motoman utilizes Fizyr and was recently on display managing parcel induction at ProMat in Chicago. AVT and Fizyr partnered to create and deploy multiple depalletizing robots for two different end users that pick and place heavy bags from variable pallet stacks.

With a unique approach among vision AI providers, Fizyr does not produce its own robotic cells, instead offering its best-in-class vision AI and the freedom of choice for integrators to choose the best components for any job to assemble the ideal picking cell. Integrators choose the best robots, cameras, grippers and other picking cell components for each end user’s unique situation, knowing Fizyr’s hardware-agnostic vision AI will perform well above other supply chain robotic cells designed to handle variance.

At LogiMAT, attendees can visit Fizyr at Hall 1 Galerie/Stand 1OG01 to learn how Fizyr’s technology can revolutionize a wide range of logistics operations or two of Fizyr’s integrator partners to see its vision AI in action. AWL will showcase its robotic singulator (ROSI) at Hall 6/Stand 6F33, and Inther Group will present GRIPP live to the general public for the first time at Hall 5/Stand B57.
